Reason for PK: i broke fear rp while i was getting mugged.
Why should you be unPK'd?: i was getting mugged next to an NPC and rule number 3 states that "You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in rp. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under fearrp' in front of an NPC. I broke fear rp because of the fact that i knew that i cant get mugged next to a NPC. There for the situation should have been voided.
