Wait a minute, this incident happened three days ago and they JUST today PK'd you for it?

Yes the incident happened 3 days ago and just today I got teleported onto a roof to get PKed.

That is some nonsense on part of the server staff! What admin comes back three days after the kill and PK's someone for an incident. For PK's with families the admins need to be there to first approve of it and oversee it. THEN once the admins witness the PK approved kill, they PK the person. How is it fair that one guy gets killed by an officer and the officer submits a clip of a shootout and it still be valid for a PK THREE DAYS after the incident.

If your going to be pulling that garbage, you might as well allow families to get the PK kills without admins on the server to approve or witness anything and just have the family submit the kill and the evidence DAYS after the person is normal killed and turn it into a PK when he is just walking around. There have been plenty of incidents where cops get into shootouts with people during server downtime and people on both criminal and police sides die and NONE of it is reported (I would know because I have an experienced cop character). If your going to PK this guy you had better dang well go back and read the logs for the last 7 months and PK every person that has attacked and died to an officer. Either you do it all, or you don't do it at all. This also shows that whoever that cop is, is just PK hungry and even submitted a video just to get someone PK'd DAYS after the incident. If he is willing to take punishment for the NLR then do that, but letting the situation fall into the hands of the PK hungry cop is a little far fetched DivergeNetworks, too far fetched indeed. 3 days later, what a joke!

He wasn't lolPKed initially because I have the respect as a staff member to not do my own tickets, and no other staff were on at the time. Also, Mister Cane, I respect that you are his faction leader but you are not involved in this PK. Please, refrain from commenting on this, as you weren't involved.

Formally speaking, I would like to correct you on your assumptions, that I am NOT his faction leader at all. Also I am not here to attempt to deceive anyone in terms of what my identity is. If I wanted to do such things, I would have changed my name to something else when I made my account just yesterday, then I would have operated under another alias. I am simply pointing out the flaw in this case and the flaw in this SINGLE administrative action. Among all my years of doing administrative work for different servers, we don't go after someone like that unless they commit MASS rdm. However since you are pushing forward such a vague threat towards me "Please refrain from commenting on this post" you are silencing me and my valid point that I have put forward.
