Reason for PK: Dying in a shootout
Why should you be unPK'd?: This all goes back to when I left Colombo earlier today, I made a ticket with Upper Administration and Pendred himself confirmed that I wouldn't be pked in any reason correlated to the leaving situation. Today I went into the silvertounge to RP and we were drinking and shit, they locked the door and said why don't you go in the back with guns drawn. The server crashed and I had to go back in that chracter as it would be LTARP if I went on my other (police) chracter. And I aimed a SW M39 at a Colombo infront of the doors head and said OPEN THE DOOR About 25 seconds prior to the other guys logging on. He literally walked away and FearRP'd the situation. If he opened the door before they came back I would be out and alive perfectly fine and the shootout would never happen. As he refused to open the door I aimed a gun at another guy's head in the bar and told him to open the door, they basicially all stalled the situation and waited for their gunman to relog. The video evidence I have proves the point that I aimed a gun at the doormans head. He can't be afk as he was MOVING in the situation. If he opened the door before the others logged on I would have walked to the Tire shop which I have door access to as Sansenzekai and have escaped.
