Hello, from what i have gathered, it seems the original reason for the PK is deemed valid. Regardless if you're part of the faction or not, harming crime family members provides them grounds for a PK, as per listed in the PK guidelines. While the doorman can be faulted for not following FearRP originally, it should be noted that FearRP nullifies when you injure the person.
