PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.
Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.
You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.
You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.
You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Date of PK: 10/23/2021
Reason for PK: Shooting at cops
Why should you be unPK'd?: I should be unPK'd because the officer started shooting at me, although i took my gun out he could of still asked for me to drop it or tased me. There could be several reasons i took my gun out, main one of course being to shoot the officer but i could of also taken it out to drop it, realistically i could of taken it out and dropped it on the floor, i couldn't put it on safety upon take out since i didn't have enough time so i shot back for self protection.

Also I saw my friend get shot, idk by who tho
I saw my friends get shot and idk by who, I pulled out a gun without the intent to shoot, I then got shot and I shot back, because the rules of fear rp do not apply when shot
