The origin date is unknown, but the NYPD uses/used the ford crown victoria NYC taxi car (The one we have in the server) as unmarked units with fully functioning lights and sirens. Would be good if the taxi was added to the unmarked car options list for detectives/special units in the PD. Obviously the sirens and lights cant be a thing through the regular car addon but I think it can be done through pac3.
