I would like people to have fun and openly talk in Russian accents (however shitty), use common Russian greetings, and in general, bring interactions to people and the city in its entirety. During actual times of conflict or escalation people will blend in with the citizenry. Until those very rare occasions, I would like the Slavic presence to be loud and proud for this faction.
