Reason for ban: Meta/RDM

Length of ban: 19 Hours

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was working at the gun store, and there was a guy directly outside our store that built props and was mic spamming 90s and 2000s rap. He first played " If I ruled the world" By Nas. Myself and two others made staff tickets regarding this. Hue came and told him to change the music. Then he changed it to Gangsta Gangsta by NWA. We made another staff ticket.

We constantly asked the guy to leave and just play the music somewhere else but he refused.


5-10 minutes go by and still nothing. Hue Comes back and and the guy stops playing the music. He watches him for a bit then leaves. The guy starts playing " Dear Mama" by Tupac. We make another staff ticket. Hue tells him to change the music. Once again he doesnt. 

At this point, him and some others get in a shootout and he dies. 

4 minutes later he comes back. We make another staff ticket. This time nobody responds. 

Someone contacted Hue saying to hop back on due to the NLR.

Hue told him to make a staff ticket because it was blatant nlr being broken.

Then the guy comes back and starts playing Still Dre on the piano.

I made a ticket regarding this while stretch was on. 

He didnt take tickets for at least 15/20 minutes and was busy arguing in OOC 

I was waiting and got impatient with the guy trying to harass us with mic spam so I shot him.

Then I made a support ticket in diverge discord. 

20 minutes later IM pulled into a sit with the guy by Stretch.

He asks me why I RDMD the guy.

I explained the situation on how I made a ticket before the RDM and how nobody took the staff ticket. 

He told me staff have lives and arent obligated to take tickets and he was doing the tickets in the order they were taken.

( which doesnt make sense because I made a ticket BEFORE shooting the guy so this would imply Stretch is picking and choosing staff tickets)


I was told by Stretch im not allowed to tell someone they are breaking NLR in game, as its meta gaming. 

I was banned then for the RDM, while the guy got a note for mic spam.



Why should you be unbanned?- 

I dont RDM. My record is clean. I was accused of meta gaming for speaking in a discord on an in character issue. But we were speaking in discord regarding an out of character issue for breaking NLR, staff not responding to sits; and for providing clips from other people. 

I just wanted to run my business without someone targeting for mic spam.

( what it looked like to me was nepotism)

Because Stretch seemed to lecture me on meta gaming and RDM, and only seemed to give the guy a slap on the wrist to cover his bases.


I wasnt argumentative, or hostile over the ordeal. 


I think it would at least be fair that due to the mess over this whole ordeal, a simple warning would have sufficed.

So first things first, I am the only staff member on the server taking tickets,
so it did take me a little bit to get to the ticket, you seemed to be upset about staff
not taking tickets which is reasonable, however like I said staff take free time out of their
day to improve server roleplay by taking tickets, do not get mad at us when we are not on the server.

Second, I never said speaking OOC was meta, I said being in the cassano discord call whilst talking ICly is meta-game.
You provided me two videos of you being in a discord call with others speaking ICly (Meta-gaming)

Your reason to kill this guy was for breaking server rules by mic-spamming and breaking NLR,
killing someone over a rule break is a rule break it-self, making you just as guilty.
And yes, I gave him a note for playing unrealistic music, it was a while since his last note,
and it is such a light offence, especially since the music was only a few years off.

He should be unbanned. He has rarely broken any rules. I have known him for 5 months and he has never broken any rules or receive any punishments. He should of been warned. Danny Carmelo also has a screenshot of hue saying that the black guy should receive some type of punishment by the staff member in charge of the sit. This is a stupid ban and vice is known around the community as a minge and gets pk'd from every faction on the server. If anything, the black guy should be punished because he ignored hue and broke failrp over 3 times. Instead, the black guy got warned and let off free. This is outrageous.

I was there for the whole moment from when the guy came around to when Nicky killed the dude and I myself told the guy multiple times to leave the street cause he was annoying my customers and the employees inside, the dude refused to leave ingame when I gave him a very reasonable reason which is u are in front of an Italian gun store where people are serious so go to city hall or somewhere else the dude didn't do that so it got him shot. out of character, the dude was playing 90s and 2000 songs which is annoying as fuck so please ask any admin to review this
also, a side note I'm not putting +1 and shit I'm just here cause I was involved

I know his name is Vice via his steam name. It shows whilst targeting him with the admin stick, what is your point? 
It seems as if you are trying to pull shit out of your ass here to help your case, you're even getting your faction buddies
to +1 the appeal as if that has an impact of any sort. Cringe to be honest

Bias? I am not in any of his factions, nor even have him added on discord, zero DM's etc, 
People always pull the bias card on a staff member once something is not in their favor.
