Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was heading to the PD because I heard about a peaceful protest happening, and as I was pulling in Molotavs were flying everywhere and the game spiked and as the game finally came back to it's senses I had hit a police car, but killed nobody in the process. Moments later I'm banned for "VDM".

Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because it was by no means my actual fault for crashing into the police car. Had I of pulled in and started running people over like a mad man, I can see that. But it was a case of lag and no one got ran over to my knowledge. I have no previous history of punishment on this server, as I take the RP here seriously.

Hello,

This was a reactionary ban. I was watching a "peaceful protest" that had turned into a riot. I was about to deal with another RDM that had occured when I saw you drive into the PD and run somebody over.

I didn't check logs to see whether or not you had killed them and that is my bad. The ban reason should be changed to AVDM, however I don't believe that you lagged in the process as I recall you turning into the person you ran over.

Anyone who has had lag spikes in this game knows you technically can still drive and move as the spike is occurring.
I'm not sure what a "reactionary" ban is, but if you're unsure of whether or not I killed someone why be so quick to ban me?
I'm not trying to start any conflict, but the reality of the situation is I had spiked due to the large number of people + molatovs everywhere. It was a lag fest for me.

+ it's not like I was riding on sidewalks running people over, I was simply pulling into the PD when all this happened. I don't take joy in minging or causing mayhem, I play on the server for serious RP. As I mentioned I have no previous punishments against me in all my time playing here.
