Reason for ban: I Killed a guy then the admin banned me??? one guy??? the guy said "hey bro you got a guy out bro leave leave" and i was at the gun store buying ammo for my gun the he goes so now you're pointing a gun at me i am at a gun store loading my weapon and he is trying to make up some excuse that i have a gun out and pointing it at him i killed him because im not going to let some random guy make up an excuse to kill me for having a gun out its happend before

Length of ban: 3 days 2 hours

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):I have no apology i have just been simply banned by a moderator that has no idea what he is doing

Why should you be unbanned? I have only killed 1 man and banned for no reason by a moderator that doesn't know how to atleast warn people i am very angry that diverge networks is letting in staff that don't know how to be a proper admin and for a example very rude staff like Romullus telling people to STFU in there own sit that they made the staff is very disrespectfull, and i know serveral people on the server that can agree with me.

You've been playing the server for a week but have already accumulated 6 warnings? Insulting staff isn't going to help your appeal either.

One of the warnings is attempt rdm i tried to punch a kid at the docks into the water and he called a admin for attempt rdm

And i wasn't insulting staff i have about 5 people on the server that can agree with me that the staff on the server are rude asf

And some of the admins just warn because they feel like it

Make a staff report if you feel you have been treated poorly by any staff. This isn't the place to complain.

It was clearly RDM what you did, in your explanation you killed someone for what they could’ve done not what they did. You cannot kill someone for asking you to leave a store. Whether you’ve been killed in the past for is irrelevant and you did not have a valid reason to kill him.

You had plenty of opportunity to explain yourself here as to a valid reason for the kill, yet have failed to demonstrate it. If you think a staff member made a mistake make a staff report.
