What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I enjoy the server and roleplay. I want to help people feel a sense of fairness and value in their experience on Diverge. I also have ideas on ways to allow criminal factions/civillians and the PD to feel rewarded in participating in events. I want to contribute in more than RP and suggestions, I want to give to the community I'm apart of at this point.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a good sense of how the rules work and experience in moderating. I have age and maturity to bring to the team, and I have real life work experience that assists in my ability to resolve conflict. I have been trained in mental health crisis intervention and de-escalation, so dealing with people in admin situations is easier to manage from that experience. I have a good amount of moderation experience from various games and situations totaling in roughly 4 years of staff experience and moderation duties, adding to my ability to conduct moderation duties. My collective life and game experience puts me into an advantageous position in regards to conducting admin sits and taking tickets when on duty.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): PoG (Gmod) 1 1/2 years - Moderator, TG (Gmod) 1 1/2 years - Head Moderator, AIL(Arma 3 Custom Life Server) 1 year - Senior Administrator.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am known by many, and respected by the majority I interact with, even as a cop. I have a way of somehow leaving an impression on people when they meet me or consistently encounter me.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depending on what I was doing before this, I would finish my RP or activity I was doing and go on duty and take some tickets. That is assuming they made a ticket for RDM in the first place. First I would ask their reasoning for the killing, as it could have been within the rules. If it was not, I would next inform them of the rule broken and warn them, depending on the severity. If they continued escalating within the admin sit, I would inform them they are on the verge of crossing the line, and go from there based on the severity of offence/s. If the person doesn't meet criteria to kick/ban and received their warning, I would return them and note down for my own reference that I've had to speak with them, and what I had to speak about. I would then continue to assist clearing tickets once I resolved the dispute.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I generally try and stay in my own lane unless it is something that is causing issues to the experience of the server overall and/or other staff and players. If it is a concern then I would bring it to someone that is higher up in rank or ask for an opinion on it from a trusted member of staff of equal or higher rank. If I had evidence of it then I would save it and give it to whoever requested to see it once I informed them. Long skinny of it, don't abuse to begin with. You are here to prevent people abusing in game, if you are doing it you are no better than they are.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I've never had an issue telling my friends they'll be banned and doing it. One of my friends on the server has been banned before and I've warned him multiple times about the rules and he knowingly violated them. I hold my friends to the same standards I hold other players to and they are aware of this. He will be aware should I make staff, that I will ban him myself if he minges. If they're mad I did the job I was given, then that's their problem.
