Reason for PK: Kidnapping another member of a family.

To quickly break it down, The other night, we kidnapped a Lucchese and were waiting on staff for a PK for shooting at our place. Our ticket is lingering for 15 minutes before it gets claimed. The second my ticket is claimed, 6 Lucchese start heading over to the building we were in. The blatant amount of metagame there alone is absurd. I still don't believe Steven Bills had the audacity to think it's allowed to Metagame like so. When the moderator was confronted about the metagame, he had Steven Bill's back and made up a bullshit excuse for him. Two days later, I am sitting outside my shop building a Dupe.  I get shot up by a hit squad.  When brought to a sit, the Steven Bills and the same moderator explain that I am being PKed for kidnapping a man.  These men shouldn't have even known about the situation in RP, however, they used their staff permissions to have an advantage.

For me knowing you kidnapped my man, I had my men tell me they saw you guys take one of my men off the street and take him back to your restaurant. So I get on the server, walk over on my RP char (never getting on my staff char) and try for 10 minutes to speak with you instead of what my men wanted to do which was guns blazing and to save him. I go around back and knock on the door, I hear you lock it so I run back to the front and your man finally lets me in. After we discuss and you release my man I show you my weapons, a deagle, a double barrel, and a M249, which I unequipped the double barrel and equipped the M249 to show you how cool they look and that I didn't want to have to use them.

+1 Lots of metagame coming from these people with little to no proof to back up their claims of seeing what happened. If there is video then sure the PK sticks if not it is he say she say with large admin influence and abuse of power.

Care to explain how you performed the unequipping of your gun instantly, with no noise indicating it was unequipped?

........... That was a handgun and a primary...... you can have two equipped. But at least now you know you can do that.
