I believe Mio can run this faction more effectively than he did during the end of the Bratva's time on diverge, and especially hold up RP. He is one of the best guys I know in the aspect of RP and it was always the top thing in his factions to make situations and playing on the server more fun for everyone. Huge +1

Why are you sitting here making fun of the people who -1’d by saying they’re friends whenever you came here because you were pinged in the Lucchese discord to +1 it, or you’re Mio’s friend who is a member of this pending faction. Quite of a hypocrite on both statements.

Its funny how you of all fuckin people are talking about the quality of RP. When is the last time you actually RPed on this server? Tell us about the "amazing" RP in 15th or the "amazing" RP you did as a grandpa Decicio who ran around claiming to be a nine trey blood from cali. I could list a bunch of memories Ive had with tsar that all involved some good RP. My favorite was when me and my buddys wanted to fuck up some faction so we went to the warlord himself to get some advice. We come in and this mf is /me loading individual rounds in magazines the whole meeting. Or another time when the bratva used to run the boathouse restaurant. Every time I went it in, there was rp to be had. They had menus and took my order as a real restaurant would and they did that shit day 1 of this server. At the same boathouse they hosted karaoke night where people sang along to the HI FI. 

Also who fucking cares if Mio spread the word of his app asking people to plus one. Every faction has done the same and will do the same till this game mode finally dies. If people want to plus 1 it then they will naturally and vise versa.

To respond to this, 

1. 15th had great RP whilst we were active, having around 10+ members on every single night. There have been many moments where I've been told that we had good RP, from some staff members and other players. Boxing clubs, irish bars, and our markings, which were given to all who were promoted to a certain rank. But, due to manipulation by the Prophets, who fire-bombed Sanzensekai on another character, going around screaming in text-chat that they were 15th, over us threatening them with war after they killed our members over mere slurs, we had a war scare, which we were not worried about as it wasn't going to get approved. I gave away the faction to a known idiot because I wanted it to die, simple. Also, whilst in 15th, only OOC announcements were through discord, if any IC announcements needed to be made, I would write a letter using google docs and make some scenario then throw it in the announcements channel, you guys' ping and announce everything through discord.

2. Grandpa Decico was a character just used to have fun on, I never strictly RP'd on that character because I had friends in Lucchese who I wanted to fuck around with from time to time, it was just funny to RP as a old Italian who was a member of the Nine Trey's.

3. Oh my gosh! You have menus for a restaurant? Funny, because the cartels have their own menu for their gun store and casino, and so what if they had karaoke, nothing new or super unique. Cartel has done that themselves a lot, kinda funny. 

4. Okay, you did individual /me's, nothing new or uncommon. 

5. Last time I RP'd on the server was around January, maybe a week before I resigned from the community. 

6. The only reason I mentioned the Discord ping was because Zurek mentioned that everyone -1ing except Rem were friends, which not only ISN'T the case, but also hypocritical seeing as Cat had pinged everyone to +1 it, all +1's here are friends of Mio and/or came from the announcement. Kinda funny, no?

Now, I have absolutely NOTHING against the Lucchese's, I like a lot of the people there, but for you to defend a hypocritical ass comment like Zurek's? Kinda funny. I get he's 99% your fellow faction member, but you should've left it.
