Adding the ability to sell the uniforms and acessories to the NPC at the same price

Reasons:

Avoid having uniforms lay around and just be trash.

Most people take out a certain uniform then want to give it back, but they can

encouraging players to not trash uniforms.

Or at least for a percentage of the original value, maybe counting it as damaged or not in it's original packaging and giving 50-80%?
