Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In late 1985, a small group of young African-American men started working together, committing small-time robberies and muggings on the rich elite of New York, while giving back to their poor families in the ghetto, while making underground drug deals to stay ahead of the police and support themselves. They formed a small set known as the "Kutthroat Hustlers", derived from their attitudes, and started making a name for themselves in Southside. The founding members, including the leader "Two-Tone" and his criminal brothers known as "Big Ben", "Spazz", and "Pistol P" saw the work of the cartels in the area, recognizing that a new criminal era had dawned in New York. The old mafia families were slowly being pushed out, and were forced to evolve or die. From then on, they decided that if they wanted to do more than survive, and live a life of felonious luxury, they would have to rise up the ranks of the gang world. In the wake of the violent criminal war that terrorized New York in early 1986, they were disappointed to find the city was a wasteland, ravaged for too long by the old families to have room for growth. Following the pattern of druglords before them, they saw a golden opportunity down south, and packed up and moved what influence they had down to Miami with them, hoping to become leaders in the criminal underground of Florida. They organized a gang structure, to ensure their members would stay in line, aswell as opening the gang up to individuals of Hispanic origin, since Miami was full of them, to improve relations with any local gangs. The gang structure was as follows:
High Command
Chief - The Head of The Gang.
Kingpin - Underboss, 2nd in Command.
Regent - Operations Manager / 3rd in Command
Shot Caller - Street Boss Oversees sets, 4th in Command.
Middle Management
OG - Runs their own specific set of Soldiers, Gangsters, and Little Homies. They are an everyday Captain and are the highest ranking individuals any new member should know of.
Big Homie - Senior initiated members that proven themselves worthy. Acts as an enforcer for their specified set and can be the right hand man for their OGs.
Street Rankings
Soldier - Initiated members into the gang, respected and protected by the gang and High Command.
Gangster - Senior Associate that is a regular day to day associate for future initiation, Is trusted and can start recruiting.
Little Homie - Associate that has been trained properly and been muled as an Outsider to earn some trust. Gets whitelisted, on the road to prove themselves.
Outsider - A newcomer, no whitelist and is not trusted to any extent. Only works for the gang's fronts/legal organizations.
