Shirtless Option/Tattoos

As you may know, 

New characters start out with a white shirt, since whenever you unequip your clothing that’s what you get.

However, we could make it to where if you aren’t wearing a shirt you’re shirtless. 

And with being shirtless, you can get tattoos that cover your entire body. (pretty much bonemerge tattoos, GTA tattoos could be used)

Now you might think “Oh this just encourages ERP!”

Not really, not everyone is a degenerate who gets no bitches. 

This would help with RussianRP, seeing as the Ruskies liked their tattoos, and in some tattoos meant respect, and their ranks as well.

Also would be fun for backstreet fights, and seeing as Miami is here, also BeachRP! (as long as paulsies isn’t there with a 13 year old)

Honestly this wouldn't be too difficult to do, given that there are only a few arm and leg models, and necks would mostly be the same positioning. If you can find / create materials for it, we'd be happy to add it.
