Sex changes

Add an npc in the hospital that can perform sex changes for a price, this would be similar to the "change appearance" npc but you would be able to select female models. I think this would add a whole new layer to the roleplay and would be a great way to evade police searching for you on an arrest warrant or the goon squad looking to whack you.  It may also fit in to certain peoples characters, ive always wanted to roleplay as a transgender and frankly I was disappointed when I saw there was no option to become one, this would also be a great opportunity for a certain faction to create a tranny bar.  Already made men can transition and they will become made women. This would be an AMAZING addition to the server!

We've never seen them change genders because they were never caught. Clearly this method works.
