What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Simply because I have fun in volunteering my time into communities for their benefit.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: 1. Because I actually have fun with this kind of work, and 2 I have better judgement than the average person.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I have been an administrator on a small 1942 rp server.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Actually, I think im the least known as I am fairly new to the server.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Negative

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: First off, I would call for an actual on duty staff member to handle this, if not: Since I saw it with my own eyes I will go on duty and initiate a staff scene.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If he isnt bothering anyone and just checking things out, out of view from other players, Id just say "Hey dont do that too much, its technically abuse." BUT if they are doing it with intent to cause harm without revealing themselves I would file a staff report and get in contact with a supirior
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: At that point I would look at it in a non biased presceptive in which I wont see anyone as a friend or foe. I would go about questioning, analyzing, and eventually I will take action if I find him to be guilty for RDM and other.
