What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
The Miami server has a bunch of new players and some disruptive players, which is what motivated me to apply for staff. Because of this, the staff presence on the Server is hardly ever consistent. We need more staff on the server since Pendred or "Gamer" is the only one usually on. Furthermore, tickets are often either answered very slowly or not at all. Additionally, I play very late on PST time zone, and the Miami server typically has 20 players on at around 2 am EST, without no staff available. Also, I've never had so much joy playing on a server than I have on this one, and I want all players—both new and experienced—to experience the same pleasure that I have got. Additionally, I want to help everyone in the community in just about any way I can in order to make Diverge Remain the best Mafia Rp server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:*
I should be considered over other candidates because I have the experience others lack. Utilizing the skills and experience I've gained from this Server over the past 1.5 years. With that I can see things from both perspectives. Also, I can use my knowledge that I have to help the newer players with any questions they may have. Lastly, I am younger than the whole staff team, and with my age that means I can be as active as the server needs.

No, I do not.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:
Yes, I have been banned before, but the most recent bans/warnings were a few months ago.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I consider myself to be well recognized on the server. It might be a result of either my more current or older characters. Also, it may be due to the iconic song "Lucchese Pack Smoker '' may also be to blame. My reputation, though, has 2 sides. On one hand, there are those who view me as a genuine roleplayer who enjoys playing with everybody. Or the side of me which people see when they view me as a foolish kid, gaming and minging on a mafia server who is unfit for staff. `You are completely unsuited for the position and incredibly mingy. I have to concur with Fish-Man on this. One of the most inexperienced players is you. You sound like a Call of Duty player who constantly yells the n-word "- Chad. This may have been the case in the distant past, and I openly admit to behaving like a cod player at the time. But now that I've gotten older and understood the server, I know how to behave appropriately and support the community in a positive way rather than a negative one.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would see if there are other staff online to take the ticket. If there isn't, I would go on duty and deal with the situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Well, I would first gather evidence of the Staff Member who is abusing their powers. Then After collecting the evidence, I would report them to UA, so that they can get punished accordingly.
A very good friend of yours joins the Server. Over the course of an hour, you've received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM'ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would first bring them to a sit explaining what they did is wrong and to not do it again. Then I would give my friend the rules to look over. After that, if my friend continued to mess around and not follow the rules, I would bring them to another sit and then give them a warning/ban depending on what they did. My relations with the person would not change how I deal with the situation. I would act as I would with any other person on the Server.
