PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.

You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Reason for PK: Fear RP

Why should you be unPK'd?: Reason I should be un pked was because I was getting robbed on the sidewalk not a alleyway. I was close to a alleyway yes, but was never brought into there or was in there when they said put your hands up I do admit to pulling out a gun literally seconds after they did because I saw I was getting followed and saw a guy in the alley waiting to for me to walk by. Plus I never died when they shot me I got up and ran away while he was helping his friend heal so they never did kill me kill me.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I have no evidence sadly.

I thought I made it clear that you are allowed to put someone under FearRP and take them into a private area. "You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them". According to the person that wanted to mug you, he was going to take you into one of the motel rooms and then mug you but, you pulled on gun out while under fearRP by 2 people.

See I didnt know that but I wasnt in a alley when they started following me I was walking out of the pharmacy when I saw a bald headed guy start following me and I heard him equip a gun so I was already on edge then I saw the other guy with a bandana and standing on the very edge of the alley entrance looking at me so I already was getting ready to pull my gun out.

I agree I should of got warned but I feel bringing up a pk for that was ver uncalled for in my opinion.

Like I said I agree on a Warn it is clear as day that I broke fear rp, but that clip also doesnt show the sound of the bald guy equiping his gun on the sidewalk and doesnt show that the indivdual filiming it wasnt even in the alley when I saw him he was standing infront of it not in it. I would be fine with a warn but pk was unciesscary. (sorry for spelling)

Also if you listen you can hear that I pulled my gun out before he even said hands up as well if that means anything.
