-1. they have to escalate to a shootout for it to be a pk. your clip shows you fired first, and he made no effort to fire until you retaliated lethally unless you have a more complete clip.

From what i can see in the video, the player in question already disarmed himself by putting away his weapon yet you made no attempts for an arrest and killed him. Because of this we cannot accept the PK request.
