Reason for ban: Mass Item Transfer | Powergaming | Minge | Failrp 


Length of ban: 1 day originally, then extended to 7 days.  


Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): The reasoning behind my ban was due to me giving large amounts of Weaponry to the Top Hat gang from my main character. This is true as I did give them weapons as I was friends with Archbishop Thomas Holt in roleplay, and had sold him weapons and given him weapons in the past (many months ago) to help him with his attacks on the pd and on worldcorp. . I had helped him earlier in the day by selling him some Akms and a M4 Colt commando. I later gave them some Mac11’s and some extra weapons that I had not used in a long time after they had all died in an attack on the pd. 


After giving them weapons I had decided to make a new character so that i could watch the cops fight them and mess with them and later decided to join the tophat gang on that character. I understand that by giving them weapons and later joining that gang as a new character it seemed as if I was trying to transfer stuff, but I never did transfer anything from my Character to my new one. I was given a weapon by a tophat member that I used in the attacks, a S&W Revolver, then I was given a Mac11 later. 


Regarding the Failrp and powergaming, it was all set up in game and happened after I saved the Archbishop from the police by driving him to the Top Hat gang’s meeting spot where they had Kidnaped the COD and later executed him. They had asked me for some Weapons and restraints to help with the revolution against the Police and I agreed to help supply them and their mission due to my character having previous interactions with multiple corrupt officers, and due to previously selling weapons to Thomas holt and giving him some as well in previous deals. 


Regarding the Mingey behavior, I did roleplay out all actions and everything that My Character had done was within roleplay and did not mean to cause any harm other than defending myself and other gaming members. If anyone was caught in the crossfire I apologize for that. 


Why should you be unbanned? I apologize for any harm that me supplying the Archbishop and tophat gang has caused and do understand from the Moderator’s perspective of events that I'm at fault for supplying them with weapons then later joining that same gang on another character, but I hope that this appeal shows insight into the full picture of events, and my mindset at the time leading to such actions.
