So my suggestion is: 

Adding the "seat weaponiser II" mod, basically it's a mod that allows you to use a gun while you're sitting in a car, I think this will greatly improve rp. Not to mention, it is very realistic and fitting for a server that revolves around urban crime and the mafia, drive-by shootings were really common between crime families in the 80s and 70s. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...poniser+II

Other drive-by suggestion: 
Instead of adding the seat weaponiser mod, you can make pick-up trucks surfable (Assuming this is possible on a technical level) so that people can shoot while standing on its open cargo area, this will encourage people to start buying pick-up trucks as they will now serve an important rp purpose, it will add depth to pick-up trucks and overall will make mafia rp more realistic.

Should not be of concern as it's clearly stated in the rules that you cannot do that.

+1. Absolutely. If it's possible to implement seat weaponizer, it'd lead to way more interesting shootouts.
