Reason for ban: VDM (POx5) The POs being different things not all VDM with some of them being 2+ Weeks old

Length of ban: 5 Days

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Mainly apology slight dispute. It was a straight VDM case I did run into the guy one purpose the victim in question being a friend I had made earlier in the day during a cop chase and other things. I wanted to just hit him and back away but he ended up getting pinched in-between the care and the wall so I couldn't do anything about it. After it happened I went to apologize to him when he when towards city hall after getting out the hospital no clue if he heard me though. After being brought into the sit though and talking to him I was mid conversation with him about dropping the case completely as he was a friend that I made earlier. when I got banned mid sentence. Which isn't really the admins fault he was prolly mid ban anyway before he heard us start talking to each other. 

Why should you be unbanned? It was my friend and I'm 90% Positive he would've dropped the charges as a whole when I talked to him and he realized who I was.At the time I was wearing a white shirt and was unrecognizable so he didnt know who it was. Even if its not a un ban being shortened to a 2 or 3 day would be nice since I have a lot of RP in server things going on atm.

He was not your friend. He was uncomfortable with you asking him to drop it as he made clear to me after the fact. You had quite a few RDM cases, a ban for RDM, and a VDM case. The latest one I considered was three weeks ago. Just because a case is slightly dated, when there's so many in such a short time in-between each case, they can still be considered. I believe this ban is justified and should remain.

I was on my judge character and witnessed you run some dude down for no good reason (on video, I’d have to search for it tho) and then break NLR three times and generally act like a fool (also on video). Frankly you’re lucky Sharuji banned you for VDM before taking my ticket bc you’d have been banned a while longer.
