 Reason for appeal (apology): I have not played in a year and have though about my actions. I understand that I Shouldn't mess around at all and plan to actually bring role-play to the server. I have since from my last ban played a lot of FiveM as well as other Gmod Role-play servers and now have a great grasp of making a positive roleplay experience.

 Why should you be unbanned? I have taken time to reflect on my last ban and I am now pushing to create a positive roleplay experience for all around me. Overall Im very sorry for my mingery I was just stupid and childish it will never happen again.

+1/-1. Can't speak for how genuine you are, but your ban was extended to permanent after two separate attempts to evade your ban. You were not permanently banned for the NITRP. It was NLR x3 and two ban evasion attempts. I won't vote either way since you seem like a nice guy, but you should've probably looked a little more into it, man.

in fairness, to you, Lucas's ban wasn't particularly fair to you as he was biased towards others. Obviously known you my entire life so I do know that you are sincere and want to get back into mafiarp again. I don't want to be too biased though due to us just knowing each other. very slight +1
