Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):I thought it was alright to kill someone for shooting at you I'm sorry it wasn't the bullets went right over my head and I thought it was the person who was reporting me that was hitting me with a baton aswell but I might have been wrong

Why should you be unbanned? I was shot at by the medical examiner he shot the elevator door then the wall I was ducking near so I got my gun from my atm 30 seconds later and shot him. To me he was threatening by shooting a shotgun so close to me so I shot him the pellets did not hit me but they almost did which what made me choose to kill him so he would stop shooting at me and other people 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I didn't know I had 4 past offenses for rdm I thought I only had 2 and can only remember a note for one and 6 hour ban for the other ive been warned/banned for other things I was under the impression pos were all kept seperate not combined but I might be wrong

In the video that was provided I could clearly see that he wasn't shooting at you, you also ran in front of him while he was shooting I cannot say for sure if you did it intentionally or not but it looked like it, he then put his gun away after he killed the guy he was trying to kill, you ran off went to your atm pulled out your gun and killed, the whole situation it was clear to see that he didn't want to shoot you and wasn't trying to shoot near you. That is why, along with your previous ban and notes for RDM, I banned you. (IT was meant to be POx3 i changed it)
