Oil Price Fluctuation and other Legal Rackets

I wanted to request that oil prices are cheaper to purchase, so that people actually have reason to buy oil.

And as fun RP I thought it would be cool if there were more legal rackets, then the government could choose which to have more tax on depending which government regime is elected ( like democrat or republican) for example, maybe republicans give cheaper oil, but then a legal racket like cigarette crates are increased and cost more to buy. Then democrats are elected and its vice versa.

It would bring more to the table and give reason for people to make legal factions in the future, which can then be potentially extorted by an illegal faction.

It adds more rp to government on a municipal level, and it adds more ways for people to earn money.

+1 theres like two ways to earn money legally ever since oil was nerfed.

+1 literally necessary to have any kind of civilian economy. You can get more money by taxi driving and getting good tips but the income stream is too inconsistent, there needs to be a good option for significant consistent legal income streams and I think that the lowering of oil prices could provide this.
