Reason for PK: Unknown, i was offline at that time.

Why should you be unPK'd?: I suppose the PK was issued due to me being in a gunfight with the police. However, i never died in the gunfight, neither did i LTAP or leave the situation by any means that would have been against the rules. I simply ran away and hid myself until the gunfight and the situation as a whole was over. I even made sure that the chase was over entirely by walking up and down city hall so i could leave (so i thought at least) safely.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I didn´t get a clip, but maybe the person, that requested the pk can provide one. I really think that this PK is unnecessary so i would appreciate an elaboration if this request should be denied.

Hello I was the pking admin, the reason for the PK was due to you killing a cop and disconnecting before your 15 minute timer was up. As stated in the rules, "Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes." I deemed this pk valid due to you disconnecting 3 minutes after shooting LT Lombardi and while also still active with a damage cooldown.

Hello, 

i failed to realize that all this combat and fleeing happend within a so short timespan. I apologize for my mistake.

In my defense, i was making sure that the situation was over before leaving the server, even if the time for the cooldown wasn´t up, no one would have gotten me anyways since i was in a secluded hiding spot, so i just figured i was safe and the situation was over.

I would really appreciate an unban of my character and will promise to be more careful in the future.
