-1 and no its not bias because I have my own Russian Faction application I gave the Malikov Mafiya +1 but for these reasons

1:Kostanay was not the towns name in 1985 it was Kustanay and then changed 6 years after the fall of the union

2: light grammar errors 

3: by far the weakest story out of the 3 active Russian Faction applications and I don't see them approving 3 Russian factions as much as I would like that

Thanks for the advice. I have fixed the Faction application in many different ways. Taking the LSD racket out and replacing it with a more simplistic approach. I also added the fact that many different ethnicities can join us and go up the rank although we prefer Russians and Kazakhs. I made a google doc, added some pictures to enhance the backstory. I am very happy about everyone’s advice. I took the criticism seriously and fixed the mistakes I made with the faction application in the beginning. As of Saturday January 21st, I made a bar/restaurant at self-storage called Club Red to hire more people into the faction discord and to overall add to the community. I mean we already had some great RP scenarios at the restaurant. If anyone has any suggestions on what we should do from here on to help, make the faction become a better possibility please respond to this reply. Thanks, MMX

I like the backstory, but i do feel like it lacks detail. But the overall outline of the backstory is solid in my opinion. I also feel like having a russian group in the server could be a great addition. there are currently none at least i havent noticed any. So it would be nice in the context of diversity and options. But my only criticism is the lack of detail in the backstory, that being said whats there is still enough for me to want this group to be part of the server.
