What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
Honestly, I have so many motivations/reasons for wanting to be back on the staff team. So let us begin, first and foremost my top reason is I want to be on the team again to help take tickets, I know I will mention this later in the app but this is a true reason and I mean what I am saying. I loved it back when I was on the staff team I tried my absolute best to take as many tickets a day as physically possible, And I enjoyed every last moment of it. Also, I met so many friendly people along the way that kept me motivated to take even more. But later on in my staffing career, I made a fatal mistake big enough for me to get kicked off of the team. Now I won't go much into why I got kicked off but you guys already know the reasoning behind that. And I apologize for this now that being said I have truly transformed into a much more coherent and accepting person regardless of the situation that is presented before me. I'll admit I was quite the hothead when I was on the team for the first time. I would assume that it is just my southernness and I apologize. Now let us get back to being serious, That being said I also have matured astronomically since the months of my departure and would love if you all on the staff team would give me a true chance to display it to you properly. I also noticed you guys recently made an announcement in the main diverge discord stating that you were all looking for more staff members to help out. Also to add to this I as well noticed that people seem to be very frustrated that their ticket is not getting taken when there are many members on at the time of making the ticket. Once I saw this a huge spark of motivation hit me to re-apply and that's where I am at. Also, I would like to say that another big reason for my wanting to join is I am very engaged with this community, and being on staff will also strengthen my respect among the server and as well helped create my love for the server. Now this being said I don't want you all to think I am trying to rejoin for any malicious intent or spite due to the fact I got kicked off. And if that is your thought I can assure you that is not the case. That truly is not the person I am and I want to prove it. Another reason is I truly enjoyed helping people, ever since I was young I have always gone out of my own way to help others. That is what really inspired me to apply for the first time. Now this being said I still have that inspiration to this day I help people on the server daily such as white shirts getting started or local small businesses. I have just truly changed the way I am as a person and my rp is much more serious and sophisticated than what it used to be. Also, I would like to say if there is anything that you all think I should improve on to fit better with the staff then I am asking you to please let me know what I should improve upon. I have done nothing more than tried to better myself during the months I have been off the staff team and now I think I have finally reached a point where I really feel like I would be looked upon hopefully in a great manner. Now this being said I am not trying to boost my ego or anything along those lines. I am just making it aware that I deeply believe that a person can change and I am just making it clear that I have changed for the absolute better and wish to prove it to you all. Also, I would like to add I have a much better relationship with everyone on the server that is not only the players but the staff team as well. As I have met tons of new people since my staff dispatch. Now that being said I have also changed the rp scenarios as my former self was not as efficient enough to keep a good role-play scenario going for as long as I can now. I could keep going as to all my reasons but I don't want to take up the whole screen. All I am asking for is just one more chance to prove myself to you all. And this being said I am just asking for a new begging to my staff journey and want to start off fresh and prove myself worthy to you all. And once again I apologize for my previous staff departure I treated it in the wrong way. Since this, I have now grown my skill of holding myself accountable for my actions and I wish to show you all how much I have grown as a person. Also, I am quite an active person as I am on almost every single day for as long as I can, Now I know I mentioned this already but I really wanted to put emphasis on this as it is one of my big strong suits that I personally think would fit very well with the team. Also, I am really good with meeting new people I am very open to making new friendships and conversations that are meaningful and impactful. And I truly mean all of what I have stated and if I get back on the team I will not act any different than this app says I am being serious about rejoining to help take tickets. They seem to be a real struggle to take some of the time as they get sent a lot and I really want to help mitigate some of the stress by taking some myself.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have been banned 3 times. And I do not remember everything that I was previously banned for so you will have to check my steam id to find that out. However, I do know for a fact I was banned for RDM once. And for everything I have been banned for I accept that I did wrong and would like to formally apologize this will not happen again.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I wish to think I have a great relationship with most of the server as well as the staff team, People respect me and I respect them, Also I know a lot of people want me back on staff and I hope I can get it back to help you guys again. Also, PD respects me dearly as I have been with them for months now and have gotten quite a good position in the PD ranks. As well as the criminal part of things I have been in many different factions over the time I have been on the server and have had great experiences throughout it all. Including right now. I am in a faction now and I am great friends with almost everyone in the faction and I genuinely get along with them. Also, I have gained a lot of connections through people that I do deals with as well as work alongside, So, all in all, I would honestly say I have a great reputation amongst the server and I am sure many people would agree with this statement as well. Also, I have had a vast variety of characters over my time on the server bringing a different type of RP every time I make a new one. Such as Homeless, Criminal, Legal character and so much more, And I am open to making new ones.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would first clip what just happened and begin uploading the clip. After this, I would then type in staff chat and ask if anyone can take my ticket. If I get no response then I will try DM a staff member that I can trust and ask if they can deal with it. If not I will just send the clip to a staff member and explain to them exactly what had just occurred and wait patiently for them to deal with it. But if he goes on a mass RDM spree or any rule break that doesn't happen to me directly, and I saw it happen then I will switch to my staff character and deal with him fairly and diligently. The reason I say this is I don't wanna take my own ticket because the person could feel as if I am treating them unfairly simply because the incident happened to me and I was involved with the incident. And I completely agree with this I wouldn't want the same guy to take the ticket as I just killed as it just causes nothing more than an unfair case to be dealt with.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Well I would first investigate the situation and if they are truly breaking the rules and abusing I would do as follows. I would make sure I have a clip of the incident making sure I would upload the clip then, I will send the clip to a higher-up staff member that I can truly trust. However, if there aren't any higher-up active members at the very moment I would make a UA ticket followed by the evidence and explanation if I feel as though it deems this level of treatment. Abusing staff perms is just something that shouldn't be taken lightly as it could completely ruin someone's perception of the Server/Staff team as well could completely break someone's emersion in their rp scenarios. After I make the UA ticket I would just make sure the person isn't doing anything else out of line but if they are I will keep sending evidence to the UA ticket that I previously created. Then I would wait patiently for the situation to get resolved, Also I will not speak about the incident to other people at this point due to the fact that it is already getting dealt with, and do wanna completely ruin the guy's reputation depending upon the severity of the situation. And after the situation is completely dealt with I will go back to staffing and move on as if nothing ever happened. And I will not hold a grudge against the person that was breaking the rules/abusing as that would create a toxic environment between the staff team and it is best to mitigate this as much as possible as this could be truly detrimental to the staff team's health and overall well being.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would deal with them like any other person just because they are my friend doesn't mean they can just break the rules and get away with it. And honestly, if I have a “Friend” that will be pissed at me for simply just getting rid of him for breaking the rules then he isn't a true friend that I wish to keep any longer. Respecting to roleplay environment and abiding by the rules are truly important to keep the server running as it should. And well if he can't respect this I can't respect him for his actions. I will also not be any lighter on the punishment just because this person is my friend. I will hit them with the same amount of punishment that any other person on the server would get if they have broken the same rule. Because if I dealt with them not as harshly that creates an unfair experience amongst the server and also could very easily be considered as staff abuse depending on the situation and that is not what I would like to happen at all.
