Reason for PK: Dying during a mug 

Why should you be unPK'd?: I died due to breaking fear rp during the mug, but I was mugged in the street by the church meaning I was not brought to a secluded area making it a fail mug. I was also next to a street lamp so I wasn’t on a dark street.

Hello, I was the staff member who did the PK. While the muggers expressed their intentions to mug you during the sit, in no way during their interactions with you prior indicated that they plan on mugging you on the spot. As per the first mugging rule in the server rules page, muggers may put players under FearRP in an empty street and direct them to a more secluded area in order to perform the mug there. Again in the vid you shown, the muggers did not expressed their intentions to mug you right then and there, and only demanded you to put your hands up, which you pulled out a gun in response.

Yeah, I see what you mean but I tabbed back in and see a guy pointing a gun at me I didn't know if they were mugging me or not that's why in the clip you see me looking around for if they shot someone or something like that. he does say something else that I didn't hear then says " put em up " so I had assumed they were already mugging me.
