Reason for PK: "Counter Mugging:

Why should you be unPK'd?:I was minding my own business until I saw a man in a mask go up a ladder. There was another situation going on at the time, so I didn't pay any attention to the guy on the roof until someone pointed it out and I looked up there and saw one of the [b]Crystal Brothers[/b] standing on the ledge. Than I, and two others, heard gunshots and went up the ladder to the roof. I was the first one to climb the ladder. When I got to the top, I thought that someone I knew was getting shot, because of that, I pulled out my gun and attempted to shoot the person camping the ladder. I missed because I have shit aim, and was shot by them right after I missed. I didn't know it was a mugging at the time.

I'll establish the same thing I did for Robyn who also made an appeal for this same situation. The reason for your PK was not that of a counter mug (as you can defend a mugging and not be PKed for it if you die, but not valuing life can be deemed in a certain way for this PK). The main issue that came across was that of a possible metagaming scenario where each person was involved in this PK. However, the evidence given several days after the PK established that all communication was done over the radio when at the time of the sit for the PK nothing could be provided and both guys had different stories. So, the reason for the metagame is ruled out.
