Payphones

I saw a few people talk about payphones and how they should be put back into the server. I feel like a lot of people would use them if they were added back in. It could take some money to make a call and there could be an option to call someone through typing out the number or from your saved contacts.

+1 I agree with this I also been thinking about it for a while cause it does some good RP into the game and it can also be used to call cops without knowing your number too like if you are planning on breaking someone out of prison you can have one guy call 912 on a pay phone to lure the cops out and a lot of different rp can be used from it

+1 would be useful for those who may have been mugged and lost their phone, or those new to the server. I like it!
