The application seems sloppy in some parts and too "Relaxed" such as -- "I would first talk to them like staff member to staff member like hey thats not cool and if they continue ill report them to an HR."

Also, you would be staffing for a very small amount of hours which is not worth it especially with you wanting to be in an EST spot which someone else with your qualities could take and staff for double that time.

I'm usually on by 6-7:30 am as i have a messed up sleep schedule and usually 7:00am-11:00am there arent any staff on.  i would be open to staffing different hours

As far as the sloppy app i reviewed it and edited as i feel i rushed a bit.
