So are new york government officials allowed to go in the police station to get ammo for their guns?
we have a key?
I was kicked out by three swat men and threatened to be arrested if i didn't leave.  
I've done it before and a bunch of police officers were fine with it when I used to go down.

Police have the right to say that you aren't allowed. If they don't want you there, then they don't want you there. Ask PD higherup if you want a direct definitive answer.
