Reason for PK: Not sure what this would be characterized under as it wasn't the standard mugging I'd say.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Got mugged and killed on an ATM which I've been told ever since I first joined the server is impossible but here I am pk'd. The literal only reason I didn't give my stuff up is because I entirely believed the mugging to be a fail mug. The only thing I would have lost in the mugging would have been a ring that I literally was gifted for free. My char is doing very well financially so I would not have cared about losing money at all I have always stated that if i were to ever be mugged i would just drop all my shit because its not worth losing your char over. and when I got into a staff sit I literally told the staff member that if i was in the wrong I'd give them all my shit I just did not buy that the muggers were in the right whatsoever. (They also never once said that it was a mugging and even said i wasn't being mugged that I was being moved.)

I was told that since I wasn't using the ATM that it wouldn't count as a fail mug, the original purpose of me standing next to the ATM was because we initially met there for me to sell him a ring. so #1 I wasn't just gonna leave the ATM because it was a safe spot with CCTV and #2 I couldn't do the deal without pulling the ring out of the ATM (note that I'm wearing the same ring as the one I'm selling you can check my bank and find the one I was going to sell if that becomes in question.)

If I deserve the PK then so be it, it would be from a lack of knowledge of the rules on my part because I was so sure that they were in the wrong I literally broke RP telling them they cant do it in front of an ATM and called staff during the mugging.

The rules do state it would only be a failmug if you were using the atm so in this case the PK would most likely be valid it's unfortunate but it happens

I know i wasn't actively using the ATM while being robbed however i was standing next to it because i was intending to do a deal with the guy that mugged me for a jewelry piece and needed to use the ATM to pull it out of my bank.

that's another reason why i didn't just go inside le Grande with the guy #1 cause i thought he was sketchy and #2 cause i didn't have the ring i was gonna give him on me.

The reason for the PK was due to a senior admin advising that you can be fearRP'd If you are not actively using the atm.

Because you were a small distance away and turned around, is why the PK was put through.

In the clip and our following conversation you advised that If you were aware you would've dropped your inventory to avoid the PK, and you can clearly be heard that you would like staff to come and started to put a ticket in - for me, I believe this should count for something.

But I will leave the decision to the UA staff who ultimately has to make the decision.

This was in a public place and You may not kill or attack people for stumbling onto your mugging or witnessing it.

Unless you're actively using the ATM, the rule does not apply. People don't need to explicitly say "I AM MUGGING YOU", that's stupid. You had a gun pointed to your head and ignored commands, that's enough.
