Ban Appeal Format:
Below is the format that you must followed when making a ban appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.

Rules:
You may only make one appeal per ban, if you are denied you must wait out the remainder of your ban. If it's permanent, you may appeal again in 6 months.

You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the ban OR the appeal is for a permanent ban. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.

You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.

Our bans page (https://bans.divergenet.works/) can provide any missing information such as the reason, issuing staff member, length, etc.

Reason for ban:
I am not sure what I am banned for, that is half the reason I am making the appeal to both figure out then see if a appeal fits the situation. 
Length of ban:
It only says my characters are banned and no time is given. 
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I am unsure what my characters were banned for. I understand you want more of an elaboration but I truly don't know what to comment on. 
Why should you be unbanned?
I think if they can give me a proof and a valid reason to ban me then that is completely fine, but both my characters my serious and my fun character have been banned and I have no clue why. I simply would really like to know why.

You're not banned from the server itself then, that just means both of your characters have been PKed for roleplay actions carried out by you. You can see what classifies as a PK in the Server Rules on the website, specifically the part on "PK's" or "Perma-kills". With that being said, your characters you currently have are unplayable and are essentially killed off, but nothing is stopping you from deleting one of them to free up a character slot to create a new character.

This server doesn't have passive bans or whitelist bans like communities in the past have had, if you are banned you will not be able to connect to the server

Hello!
First things first, you were not banned from the server. Both your active characters have been PK'd for item transfer, which is a PK and bannable offense. I was the admin who PK'd your characters.

Like I said above I PK'd your characters for item transferring. You'd buy drugs on one character, process it in a processor, switch to your alt, then collect the drugs and then sell them for money. I saw you had no warnings or bans on your record so I PK'd the characters involved in the item transfer.
