Organization Backstory: Founded during the Great Depression, The Union Red Cross is an American medical organization put into place by the United States Government to provide medical care to the less than fortunate and serve food to the hungry. Many have come to rely on the people and services provided by the URC and praise their Doctors and Nurses, however they have a bad reputation for performing human experiments, occasional missing patients and drug trafficking.

I have alot of experience in medical rp I am in charge of a faction in another server I have more than 10 people under me it's been about five months and I have not needed to discharge anyone I can guarantee no minge activity and I do have at least five people ready to go. We can work on good background stories in the form of a google doc after I get approval but I'm not going to put in the effort for that if I'm going to be denied right away.

Need more of a backstory. 4 days also isn't enough time to RP being a faction leader IMO.

There isn't much point in building a discord if you don't get approved. 

What you need to do is work on your backstory a lot more and play the game to fully grasp the requirements of how to run a faction.

Even though I don't really play on the server anymore, I do like medical stuff and the RP that comes with it.
But I'm just not too sure about what an apparently corrupt knockoff of ICRC is doing in New York in the late 80s.
Also your backstory is incredibly short.
