What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I've spent quite a bit of time on this server, experiencing almost all it has to offer. Based on the amount of time it takes to get my tickets resolved, it is my personal opinion that the current staff is somewhat overworked and needs help. I believe having an extra staff member on your team would not only help, but would also grant me the opportunity to do my part in contributing to the server.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I have previous staff experience on other Garrysmod servers, I'm a competent decision-maker, and I've shown progressive activity on the server since I started. A lot of members in the community would agree with these three statements and would vouch that I will bring a positive impact to this community.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Icefuse MRP - Mod
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I believe most people would say they like my main character Tiby Tobino.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Rayve, Drivefast, Mango

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
If I’m currently off duty and I witness the RDM, I would first clip it so that I have evidence. If there are other staff members online, I would make a ticket and show them the evidence. If there are truly no other staff members online, I would handle it myself and make sure to clip everything so that I could show a higher-up later on how the situation was handled.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
Depending on the type of abuse and if it affects other members of the server, I would clip and gather evidence that shows the abuse. I would first try to convince the abuser that their actions are wrong and explain how it affects others. If they fail to reason, I would then proceed to contact a different higher-up and inform them of the situation, providing them with my evidence if needed.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
My duty would be to the staff team; obviously, I would try to convince them that what they are doing is affecting the server and its players. They would receive a warning and potentially some guidance on what to do and how to have fun on the server, assuming they are new. If they fail to follow my instructions or guidance, then I would have to punish them, just like any other member of the server.
