Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute. I was in a cop car cruising around in the city before the recent server crash with permission from Roger Mctavish as he added me to the keys to the car but @Wraith the moderator seemed that that was against the rules somehow? Anyways he decided to bring me to a sit for it then thats when the crash happened. I came back after the server disconnect waiting for him to bring me to the sit while running around and trying to sell my suit. I contacted him about this in discord and when I confronted him about the situation about the car he said "Thats an IC problem" If thats the case why did you bring me into a sit?? Not only that but he bans me for NITRP because he warned me for powergame in the past on another character thats in the pen faction?? I dont see how that correlates at all. He also argued in our messages that I had no intent to roleplay and only planned to joke around and mess around. If that were the case how did I become the CHIEF public defender and by myself revive the whole public defenders office? If this admin spectated me ANY OTHER TIME then at 12 am in the morning with nothing going on he wouldve never banned me for "NITRP" As I have been representing clients in the cell ALL day. Also the argument where he said due to your "past NITRP warns" that was issued over a year ago and I dont see how that matters now. And busting people balls is also not against the rules. And then also maybe next time add me to the sit you said you were going to add me as well. This NITRP ban is honestly ridiculous and I would appreciate this be lifted so I can get back to doing my job.

Hi, you were banned for driving around a cop car as a DPD and when I teleported to you, you ram it head on into someone. I also heard that you were doing it for a few min. before I came. This ban is 1 month due to your previous 2 other previous offenses of NITRP.
