What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I understand the flow of the server and the majority of roleplay elements. I believe that we still have progress to be made, especially with minges. I have put a lot of time into this server lately and I would like to put in much more time. No sense in being around if I'm not going to help out.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I am familiar with a lot of staff members and regular players alike. I come from a military background which allows me a deeper understanding on written rules and how they're enforced. At the end of the day this is a game and it is meant to be fun and I think I would bring more of that as a staff member. Meaning I will be taking any and all tickets I can, treating people with respect and teaching the rules rather than only enforcing them.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not on Garry's Mod.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I have not.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I would say I am relatively known. It's hard to gauge this question with there being so many variables. Members who do know me would probably say I am funny, I get things done, and I like having fun.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Rayve.

Problem Solving

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Make a ticket or contact available staff, and handle the sit as if I was a player.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Talk to them one on one, recommend changing actions or ceasing them entirely. If that proves ineffective then I would bring the issue to the proper personnel.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If there is another staff member on then have them take the sits and make sure he's punished fairly. OOC I would explain things to him. I would make sure that he understands the expectations and appropriate behaviors. My friendships aren't dictated by a video game and I wouldn't lose sleep over them getting banned.
