Reason for PK: No reason.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

The Don of the Costello Family unrightfully PK'd my character. While I was walking down the street on the curb, a Scottish guy walked right into me so I said "fuck you, watch where you're going". He asked me to repeat that like a tough ass so I repeated it, then he shot me... OK...
When I told my Family about it, they told me to just sit tight, so I sat tight. Then the don got online and asked me to not do it again, but he would still go talk to them because they can't just shoot people for that. Next thing I know, I'm PK'd. 
And I assume it's all because of what happened with my previous perma ban when I went haywire with my Leo Vinicci character. Which I had planned on not repeating but very much wanted to.
All I ask is that my character be revived, since they PK'd me off of a metagame, and I be removed from the Costello Family.

I wasn't the one who issued Dons Orders it was my Underboss but I know the reasons. Firstly you were a new hire hired a couple days ago, In saying that you had someone gotten yourself into a shootout with the scottish. informed to us by Kit who found out over radio. You also were believed to be involved in a raid on our Napoli room, i had saw you in the VIP room of the club with the white shirt woman that 15m later i had to kill in our imperial room when they were raiding. That's why you were killed.

the shootout you are referring to did not involve a shootout with the Scottish, it was a grudge between me and two other people (read my previous permaban appeal in the accepted category). as for the raid, I have no idea what you are talking about. I was talking to her about trying to get her hired, at which point we split up for a bit because she didn't really know about it. if you could find this lady and ask her to come forward with any evidence of this supposed plot, please do.
