What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Over the last few months I've really enjoyed my time on the server, and with the community and decided this would be a good opportunity to give back. I work nightshift in my IRL job, so I'm regularly on into the late hours and have been frustrated by the lack of available staff at those hours. There have been many times where I needed a comp, or there have been minges causing issues, but there simply isn't anyone on. I believe I have the unique situation to provide much needed staff coverage during those hours.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: As previously mentioned, I have the time to be on when generally most other staff are not. My hope is to eventually get to the full admin / GM position to really give life to the more 'dead' times. It can be really frustrating waiting in PD for staff to be able to forensics or have the opportunity to do events with a smaller population. I feel that events can be more meaningful when it's a little smaller and more organized. This may hopefully inspire more people to play at those hours and round out the server.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say I'm somewhat known. I wouldn't say I'm in/famous by any stretch of the imagination, however I am a capo with Lucchese, and my name is known with people in associated factions. I also try to interact with the general public on characters other than my main for obvious reasons. For those who do know me, I would say it's generally a positive view. I take RP seriously, and don't cause issues.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I was involved in the situation, I may defer it to another staff member to avoid any issues with bias. However if I wasn't in the situation or if it was very cut and dry RDM I would switch to my staff and handle the sit.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Always try to handle things at the lowest level. Speak with the person to get the full picture and perhaps remind them of the rules. If continued then consider escalating the situation.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: No one is above the rules, including friends. Generally newer players are given more leniency and afforded a good explanation and a second chance. However if issues continue punishment may be required.
