Reason for ban: PD Raid and Character Abuse

Length of ban: 14 days

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was banned for a PD raid that was approved by Darkfire. If he wasn't allowed, I don't think I should be punished for that. I was also banned for character abuse. I don't know what it's for or what I did, but if I need to be banned for it that's okay, I'd still like my ban time taken down for the PD raid that was approved.

Why should you be unbanned? I was banned for an approved PD raid and later on character abuse was added. I don't mind the character abuse but would appreciate if the PD raid part would be removed.

Perhaps my wording wasn't the best when I spoke to you but regardless I said no and advised him that it was dumb.

The admin who gave permission was in the wrong for giving approval, granted - but you, yourself should know better than to walk into the PD and light everyone up, for the selfishness of wanting your characters to be PK'd you disrupted other people's roleplay. If you really wanted to get PK'd that badly, we could've organised some sort of event to do so

In fact, you made a completely different statement than the one you're claiming we should have followed. And we're apparently being punished for neglecting what you told us not to do, but we did not ignore what you said, you literally just did not say it. You cannot raid PD without being PKed and you cannot raid PD are two different things.

And again, you're point about knowing better than to walk into the PD and light everyone up is completely invalid. Simply because we didn't do that at all. We took the responsibility to ask for permission and it was given. So we did not carelessly walk into the department and just RDM everyone, we asked and were told yes. So we took the permission given to us by YOUR staff team and used it. In no way should that be put at our fault because someone on your end said yes when they should have said no.

We are not asking for a complete relief of punishment, the character abuse is a whole other thing, we're requesting the charge from the PD raid to be taken off because we took the precautions and were permitted to do it. We are being punished for a mistake made on the staff's end.

Edit: I'd also like to add from what Rem said, it appears you're little mishap of perhaps not using the right wording has possibly doubled the ban and more. 5 days to 14.

No, the extension was based off of the character abuse.

If character abuse, which by your definition is having relations with friends across different characters without RP, warrants another entire week and two days of ban plus both being PKed over something as little as a gun, so be it. But that sounds absolutely ridiculous.
Not to mention the only "evidence" you had was me giving him the gun and the knowledge we know each other on other characters. Meaning there was no possible way for you to know if there was RP behind it, but I don't care to change your mind because I have no evidence of the contrary and I assume you'll stick to your position.
I'd rather focus on something that's provable. Such as getting the approval of staff to do something and then being banned for doing it.

No, I did not admit to character abuse. But again, I don't really care. I have no intention of changing your mind on that side of things because I know I won't be able to.

Back to the PD raiding, you say you can see where Fox is coming from. Could you elaborate? Because the fact of the matter is that we were told yes by your staff team and are
banned because he should have said no?

You were staff yourself not too long ago. You are aware of the rules. PD raids are not allowed and it's been in the rules for a while now.

Anyway, this won't go anywhere. The staff member should have said no, but you also should know better considering you were staff. I'll reduce the ban but it'll stay on record and the Char abuse will stay as well.

The ban will be reduced to 1 Day. (Major Reduction is from your characters already being PKed and the punishment would be too severe).
