Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I am still new to this server and have only been playing for about a week or so. I honestly thought someone was just trying to troll me and harass me for having a rifle on my back. It was my understanding that one was allowed to carry an AK on their back if you had been approved for a class 3 license.
I understand that I guess I should have just stood still and let Hamir detain me, but I honestly did not know Hamir was an officer. Hamir never stated anything before he attempted to taser me multiple times. I will admit, that after Hamir missed the 4'th taser on me and then he proceeded to draw and aim his shotgun at me, that I did in fact attempt to draw my rifle in self defense. I never even finished the animation of taking out the weapon before I was killed.
Why should you be unbanned?
I have been playing on this server for a little over a week and have been really enjoying everything. I honestly did not mean to cause any problem at all. I was just talking to some friends at the car shop. It was my understanding that I was ok since my 3 license approved a day or two ago. I never meant to cause a problem and only resorted to drawing my rifle as a last resort as I was unsure of the situation going on and felt my life threatened.
If there is any way that I might be allowed back to play as Honso that mean the world. I was just starting to meet people and actually get to know everyone around the city. It would honestly break my heart to not be able to continue as Honso as I feel that I was just starting to learn everything and become comfortable on the server.
This server has been a really fun outlet for me to just socialize and hangout with people. If I violated a rule that makes my character PK'd I totally understand. Just please know I never had any intent of causing any problems and never wanted to ever get myself in a situation where something like this could occur. I did panic and openly admit I made a mistake.
