Hello.
Certified Brazilian, who has not played for a long time but somehow stumbled upon this, here.

This is surely a very interesting concept for a Brazilian faction.
I just don't quite understand how an immigrant from Italy, likely trying to escape Mussolini's fascism in Italy during WW2, arrives in Brazil and the first major thing he does is join a criminal faction.
I also don't get how this faction grew so big and powerful during a military dictatorship in the 60s as fast as I understood it did.
Regardless, I feel like the application is just... bland. I dunno, just feels like it could be improved upon.

Nonetheless, (from what I remember) given the need for something different with the many generic cliche majority Italian crime families, and taking a guess you can actually establish this faction and successfully run it... It's a +1 for me.
