Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * No sense in being around if I'm not going to help out. I am on at weird times, typically between 2-6am EST. Usually during these times there are little to no staff on at all, causing players to minge and act out.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I have prior moderation experience on Diverge. I was a fair moderator and handled disciplinary actions accordingly.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, I was a moderator on Diverge for about 2-3 months.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have one ban on record for Metagame months ago. I was in a discord call during FearRP Scenario
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I would argue I am very well known. My reputation has gone to the dogs but it's understandable. I believe everyone would get treated the same over any rumours. People who know me personally which is a good amount of active players would say I am helpful, understanding, and forgiving.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Make a ticket or contact available staff, and handle the sit as if I was a player.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Talk to them one on one, recommend changing actions or ceasing them entirely. If that proves ineffective then I would bring the issue to the proper personnel.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If there is another staff member on then have them take the sits and make sure he's punished fairly. OOC I would explain things to him. I would make sure that he understands the expectations and appropriate behaviors. My friendships aren't dictated by a video game and I wouldn't lose sleep over them getting banned.
