Reason for appeal dispute: I was told i was able to make one and I dont believe I rdm this guy as he was actively getting infront of us and minging in a middle of a shootout after being told what was going on.
I was in a active shootout between 2 men at townhouse 9; that was originally initiated at the car dealership they then fled from the car dealership, and some random civilian with zero affiliation with these people inside the house began running up to the house and was spamming the door bell even after being notified of the situation at hand. I had tried to deal with him but the people in the house took advantage of this and tried to rush me I began shooting, the random civ just continued to stand infront me in an active shootout, and refused to leave the area.
The guy had zero value for his life and inserted himself in a situation that didnt involve him whatsoever and he ended up dead because of it and then reported me.
