Reason for PK: PK timer from shooting cops

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: RDM

The cop had no knowledge that I had acted violently as the cops I shot were in secluded areas with no witnesses. So they shot me knowing only that I had commit the non violent crime of wearing a bullet proof vest yet they still escalated to shooting me with no time to react to the warning as I was running with a gun of safety having not been ordered to stop moving. He did not have his gun pointed at me as it was on safety also.

As I explained to you in the sit, he was apart of the chase and witnessed you jump out of your car and had you description. He was searching for you, a guy in full body armor open carrying a gun. He jumped out with his gun pointed at you yelling at you and you turn course and move toward him, he acted in his best interest because you were going to kill him, a second later and he was dead.
