Reason for PK: "Mugging" (searching somebody) 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
 ■ The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+7,500$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone.

The Situation started with me not even being apart of the mugging. Two low rank members of my faction was robbing an ally of the faction at the docks. As im driving I notice them from the road and that's when I realized they were robbing him. Them not knowing I Interfered Immediately yelling at them, telling them they are not supposed to be doing this ect. The reason I was PKD was because I held C and kept trying to search him to block them from taking anything. As the pictures show below you can see me repeatedly searching the victim trying to stop them from entering his inventory. I didn't even get inside his inventory I was just spamming it. The logs show its literally seconds apart, I'm holding C and spamming search. I didn't take 1 item or dollar from this victim and in no way was I trying to get caught up in "Mugging". The only 30 second interaction I had with this guy is me spamming search player.  Its pretty hard trying to stop two players with no re-guard of there life. Also they took just about a full 1 hour and 30 minutes to even kill me which Is way over the time that it takes to put out revenge. the two people that were "mugging" got banned anyways. I never took anything from "Marco Reaper Changretta" nor put him in harms way. They came to kill the 2 original "Muggers" and tried to kill them which failed, and then came right back from the hospital and killed me. Once again I had ZERO intentions of taking anything off this guy let alone "mugging" a friend of my faction. You can not search somebody if there is already a player inside there inventory. Which explains why I was spamming.

nigga showed no proof lol. clip doesnt prove the guy came from hospital and also doesnt backup anything you said since you showed no proof you werent involved with the mugging other than just claiming you werent involved

Having had a look at your history yesterday when you hired Tony ming into your faction I became extremely suspicious of all three of you when I saw you rob a bonanno at self storage. I was just trying to see if Tony was a minge and rdming people, and what I found was much more suspicious to say the least.

First you dropped a few pistols on the ground for Tony who at the time still wasn't in the faction, and asked him to hold onto them for you. Literally seconds before cops came up the elevator of le grande, presumably looking for you.

Not even 10 minutes later your squad is mugging earlier mentioned bonanno. To say the least I think you're involving yourself in some really shady business and this is just where it lead.

 Last night, I didn't  tie 1 person up nor search anybody BUT this 1 guy Marco Reaper. Logs show I did it like 6 times in a matter of seconds. You even said "my squad", thats the two other people mugging I had no part and any of those.

Also we were upstairs in Le Grande because I was hiring him. We were waiting for staff when the cops raided the building not even looking for me, but because of the people shooting on the floor below. I dropped him the weapons because Im already a Felon and I didn't know how the cops were going to be. It is not breaking the rules to drop weapons to you're own faction member. Staff came right afterwards and put him in. Im pretty sure it was Darkfire that came aswell.

if he made a ticket within the 15 minutes then he had the right to go with it but if the ticket was made any second after the 15 mins then it should've been denied and invalid. Most people on staff don't typically know things corectly so if I had to take a wild guess, it was accepted after the 15 minutes.
